In the nam of God amen I do make and ordain this my Last will and testement Revoking nuling all others hear to fore mad I recomend my Soul to God that Gave it and my Body To be disintly buryed at the deseration of my Extr first I Will that all my Wordly depts be paid and Sattisfied.
Itam I Give and bequeath to my beloved Sons Hance BRIGHT and Solomon BRIGHT my plantation and Land I now Live on to them and there Ears for Ever to be Eqully devied between them.
Itam I Give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Mary my Gray hors Caled prack? Likwise all the Rest of my Parsonal Estat to Raise and Bring up my Children.
Furthermore I do Constitute my Wel beloved Wife Mary my hole and Sole Exectrix of this my Last Will and Testement Witness Wherof I have hear unto Set my hand fixed my Seel this 4th Day of Febuary (no year written).

Present His Majesties JusticesThese may Certifie that on Motion of Richard FANSHAW to be Administrator on the Estate of Solomon BRIGHT Deceased he the said Richard FANSHAW Produced a Will of Said Solomon which was proved by the oaths of Thomas Williams and [William] Williams but the Executrix thereto having also Dead it is therefore ordered by the Justicies of the Said Court that the Said Richard FANSHAW have administration on the Said Estate with the will annext thereto the Said Richard haveing took the Administrators oath in Due form of Law and Entered his Securities by Jules? COOPER and Sally MASON? who acknowledg thear Selop? Bound in the Sum of Sixty pounds Proclamation Mondey & Ordered that his Honour the Secretary have Notice thereof that Letters Issue thereon as the Law Directs.
