In the name of God Amen. I John B. BUNNELL of Currituck County and State of North Carolina W. S. A. being of sound mind and perfect memory bless be God do this thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say.First and all. I give and bequath to my dearly beloved Wife Mary Ann BUNNELL all my estate personal and real to her and her heirs forever.
And I herby make and ordain my dear Wife Mary Ann BUNNELL executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said John B. BUNNELL have to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

Signed sealed and published and declared by the said John B. BUNNELL the testator in the presence of us who were present at the time of signing and sealing thereof.

This Last Will and Testament of John B. BUNNELL deceased was exhibted and proved in open Court by the oaths of N M BURR and James FROST subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered recorded. The executrix therein named have relinquished the right to qualify as executrix thereto Enoch D FERIBEE was appointed administrator with the will annexed and bonded and qualified in form of law ordered that letters of admin.
