April the 10th day 1810
The Last Will and Request of William BURRUS decest deliverd from his own mouth a few hours before his death in his perfect sences in the presence of his Wife Caty BURRUS and his Brother John BURRUS
First of all for my just debts to be payd then first of all I leave to my dr. Wife Caty BURRUS dureing her widowhood all my property except my two small guns which I leaves to my two Sons Frances and Alben BURRUS and at the exsperation of my Wifes widowhood I give all my unmovable property negroes and land to my two Sons before named except my part of a child that the negroe named Rachal is with child with should to be born alive I leave it to my Daughter Mary BURRUS to her and her heirs forever and the other property named to my Sons to them and their heirs forever and at the expiration of my Wifes widowhood I gave all my movable property to be equelly devided amongs my three children before namd I also desire my friend Reuben BURRUS to be sole executrix to this my Last Will and Testament.
