This instrument of wrighting contains nuncupative Will of John BURTON Dec. on the 27 day of October 1799 and ordered Nelophy THOMSON to take notice that his desire was if he died before he made any will, that his debts be paid and the rest of my estate to my Wife to raise my children but if she marries to go to my children writen this 30th day of October 1799.The above instrument of writing was proved in open court at November term 1799 by Penelope THOMSON who hath subscribed her name hereto
