In the name of God, Amen.
I Polly CAPPS being at this time extremely ill, but perfect in mind and memory do ordain and constitute this my Last Will and Testament.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Hillary HUET called Hillary MILLER twelve dollars.
Secondly. I give unto my Brother Dennis CAPPS five dollars.
Thirdly. I give all the residue of my estate unto my Sister Frances CAPPS after discharging all my just debts.
4thly. I appoint ordain and constitute Caleb WHITE executor to this my Last Will and Testament. Given under my hand and seal August 12th 1830.
