I William CAROON no that I am mortal and must die do affix this last will and testament being in nowing that I am in right disposing mind and memory,
Item It is my will first that all my just debts be paid out of my estate and the residue of my estate I lend to my wife Frances CAROON consisting of household & kitchen furniture and all of out doors property for the purpose of raising my children on, to her
andduring her widowhood or lifetime last of all leave Nathan POYNER executor to this my last will and testament./s/ William [his x mark] CAROON seal

The foregoing paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of William CAROON dec’d is exhibited in open court for probate by Nathan POYNER the executor therein named and the due execution thereof by the said William CAROON is proved by the oath and examination of Thos. POYNER one of the subscribing witnesses thereto it is therefore considered by the court that the said paper writing and every part thereof is the Last Will and Testament of the said William CAROON and the same is ordered to be recorded & filed and thereupon the said Nathan POYNER the executor therein named appeared in open court & qualified as the law directs.J.W.
