Then appeared before me John NORTHERN, one of the Justices for the County aforesaid Willis CHERRY and Caleb WEST and made oath that on the 16^th day of this instant James CHERRY being sick but of sound mind and memory call^d on us as witnesses and told us that Max. ETHERIDGE should come in and share and receive equal share of his estate with his Son Luke CHERRY.
Sworn to before me this 19^th day of May 1801.
