Then appeared before me John NORTHERN, one of the Justices for the County aforesaid Willis CHERRY and Caleb WEST and made oath that on the 16th day of this instant James CHERRY being sick but of sound mind and memory calld on us as witnesses and told us that Max. ETHERIDGE should come in and share and receive equal share of his estate with his Son Luke CHERRY.
Sworn to before me this 19th day of May 1801.
