In the name of God. Amen. I John CHURCH of the county of being weak of body but of a sound memory, thanks be to God, calling unto mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die, I do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament, that is to say, principally and first of all, I give and recommend my soul into the hands of almighty God that give it, and my body I recommend the earth, to be buried in a christian like manner, such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to give me in this, and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.
First I leave my just debts to be paid out of my property.
2: I lend unto my bequeath Elizabeth CHURCH my dearly beloved Wife, all my lands and moveable property, all without doors and within doors, to have and to hold during my widow, and after marry or dies, my property equal divided among my children; and if my widow and Daughters can't make out, to sell as much of the property real or personal, as will maintain said widow and children.
I do hereby ordain and appoint my dearly beloved Wife and Moses BUNNILL to my Last Will and Testament as Executors to my will. Given under my hand and seal this 26th of March 1819.
