Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen the 30 day of November 1807 I Joh. CUDWORTH of the State of North Carolina and the County of Currituck being in a low state of health but in perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God I therefore make this my Last Will and Testament
Impirmis I leave to my beloved Wife Mary CUDWORTH my hol estate in durin her life to live on and support the children on and at her death my land to be divided between my two Sons John CUDWORTH and Daniel CUDWORTH and at her deceas what moveable property there is left to be divided among my garl children Polley CUDWORTH, Fanny CUDWORTH, Debrough CUDWORTH.
I also leave my Wife Mary CUDWORTH my hole and sole exector of this my Last Will and Testament in witness whearof I have hear unto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
