I Nicholas DANIEL being in a low state of health but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God and not knowing how long it may please God to let me remain here I ???? wish to leave what little God hath blessed me with in this world in the manner and form following
First of all I give to my Father William DANIEL SEN. my riding horse and all my hoggs and cotrat (?) provin once I have by me such as corn meat and the like
Item: My desire is that my part of the Schooner William Gray may be sold and if Belcher DANIEL has a mind to buy to ???????? for part at eight hundred dollars giving notes with good security at twelve monthes credit, otherwise to be sold at public sale for said credit, my creaters on Bodies Island to be sold for six monthes credit excepting one mare and one mare colt which I give to my Son, them and their increase
Also I give my two negroes by the names of Hannah and Randolph and increase to my Son Norris DANIEL also my cattle I give to my said Son also the material part of my household furniture excepting one chest and one bed and furniture I leave to be sold for six monthes credit and the chest and bed and furniture that I reserved I give to my Son Norris DANIEL and my desire is that the whole of the money that the above sells for to be collected and kept for my said Son without putting acct. on interest. Also my desire is that my land and house may be kept for said Norris DANIEL and not to be rented out.
I appoint my Father William DANIEL SEN. my whole and sole executor and to take my Son Norris DANIEL and to take care of him and his property. This being my Last Will and Testament witness my hand and seal this 2d day of June 1806.
