The Last Will and Testament of Samuel DAVES deceased was exhibited in open court at November Term 1840 and proved by the oaths of William D. AUSTON and Hugh GAYLARD two of the subscribing evidences there to in due form of Law and ordered Recorded. September 16th day 1837.
In the name of God amen. I Samuel DAVES after paying all my just debts dues and demands I then lend all my property to my wife Zilpha during her lifetime or widowhood and at her death or marrage to be equally divided amongst my heirs, all my boating property she may sell and put the money on interest. this I acknowledge to be my last Will and Testament.
