Know all men by these presents that I James DAVIS being in a loe state of helth, doe make my Last Will and Testament.
First I will that all my jest dets shall be payed and next I will that my Wife Rody shall have the priveldg of the house and easterd end of my land hur life, but she shall not rent it out against my Sun John will and next I will and give unto my Sun John the hole of my land onless my Sun Freddrack will forsake the presence and cumpany of Dedy WICKER and ef he will forsaik hur I will that my Sun Freddrack shall have half of my land, I give one bed and bedsted to my Sun John and I give one bed and bedsted to my Wife Rody and I give one bed and bedsted on the same condisons as the land I gave to my Sun Freddrack and I give my gun to my Sun John and I give to my Wife Rody one heffer hur life and I leave my cunnow to be sold to settle my dets and I likewise give unto my Sun John one table, and I will that all that remaines in the house shall stand as it is untill my Wifes death and then to be eakeley devided between my three childring—and this I acknoledge to be my Last Will and Tistament July the twety Sinth Day one thousand eight hundred and twenty tow.
