Samuel DOUDY Last Will and Testament exhibited at August term 1838 and duly proved by the oath of Mathias DAVIS one of the subscriben witnesses in due form of Law and ordered Recorded.
I Samuel DOUDY being in a common state of helth this my last Will and Testament.
First of all Give unto my wife Julia DOUDY all of my Property in dores and out to manage as my self during her natural and widowhood and at her death or marrage I Give this Plan [plantation] that I now live on to Green Berry DOUDEY and Lindsey DOUDY and I also give unto Greenberry DOUDY a negroe Boy named Sam and Also Give unto my Daughter Suffier a piece of Land more by the name of DAVIS Plan [plantation] the remainder of my property in dores and out to be sold and Equally divided between all my children after deducting out three Hundred Dollars from Donaldson part and two hundred from Margrets and two Hundred from Sufiers part that I have all ready Given them and if any of them shold die with out a lawful heir for their part to return to these lawful heirs. Witness I have here unto set my hand and seal this 1 day of January 1838
