In the name of God Amen.
I Moses DAGUS of the County of Currituck and State of N. Carolina being weak in bodily health but of sound mind and disposing memory do make this instrument of writing to be my Last Will and Testament do revoke all other wills and testaments and form and following that is to say:
Item 1st I give and bequeath unto my Cozen Caleb FOSTER my house and land that I heired from Father Lewis DAGUS
and Item 2d and I give and bequeath tomy Brother Franklin Johnston DAGUS to him and his heirs forever.I also give and bequeath unto my Cozen Caleb FOSTER another piece of land that was give to me and my Brother Franklin Johnston DAGUS that was gave to us by our Uncle Anthony DOUGHLASS dec'd to him and his heirs forever.
I also nominate and constitute and appoint my worthy Aunt Elizabeth SAWYER executrix to this my Last will and Testament.
I make this instrument of writing to be my Last will and Testament revoking all former wills this the 9th of November 1849.
