The Last will and Testament of William DUDLEY deceased was exhibited in open court at August Term 1849 and the execution of the same proved by the oath of Alexander SMITH one of the subscribing witness & there to in due form ordered recorded and the Executrix Quallifyed. NC Currituck
In the name of God Amen. I William DUDLEY being sick in body but of sound mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in the manner following that is to say:
I give unto my wife Julia all my property both personal and real after selling enough thereof to pay all my just debts.
I also appoint my wife Julia DUDLEY my Executrix to this my last will and Testament in witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this the 7 day of May in the year one Thousand eight hundred and forty nine.
