The Last will and Testament of Samuel EADY was Exhibited in open Court at Feby Term 1832 & proven by the oaths of Joshua BALL & Jesse B. SANDERSON, witnesses thereto & the Executrix Qualifyed & ordered to be Recorded.
In the name of God amen. I Samuel EADY being sick and weak of body but of sound and perfect mind and memory and calling to mind that it is appointed for man to die do make and ordain this my last will & testament in manner & form following.
Impremise after just debts is paid I give and bequeath all the remainder of my property consisting of land stock and household property to my beloved Wife Juliea EDY & her heirs.
Lastly I hereby constitute appoint and ordain my beloved wife Julia EDY whole Executrix this my last will & Testament December the 19th day 1831.
