In the name of god Amen. I Curtis FLEATHER[sic] being sick in body but of p[torn] mind & memory God be prays: doe heareby [torn] this my Last will & teastameant in manner & form as following viz. first I bequeave my soule to God my savior & redeammer not doubtting but through the mearrits of Jeasus Christ it will live and reaine with him in Etarnall glory: my body to the Earth from whence it came to be Entred in as deacent a manner as the place[?] will or aford: and my worldly Istate to be as following
Item my will is yt William BRAY should have my smale foulling peure[?].
Item my will is yt Mr. Thomas TULLE should send ten hodgheads of Tobaco to my mother at the furst oportuyty.
Item my will is Beniamen TULLEY should have [torn]tion at moioct.*
Item my will is yt Thomas TULLEY & his [torn] have Eavery one an Eaqual propotion of [torn] Istate as ye Lord has ben pleased to Leand mee [torn] send me rest & peace sealed sined & delivered in presence of us March 28, 1679.
