In the name of God Amen. I John FLORY being of sound mind and memory blessed be God, this 28th day of December in the year of our Lord 1826. I make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as follows that is to say.First-I give and bequeath Nancy FLORY my beloved Wife one linnen wheel one feather bed and furniture, one chest half dozen chairs, one loom and harness and all the wooden (?)ware and all the iron ware one table. And I hereby make and ordain my worthy friend Joseph TATEM exer. Of this my Last Will and Testament in witness where of I the said Jn. FLORY here have to this my Last Will and Testament my hand and seal the day and year above written.

This Last Will & Testament of John FLORY decd was proved in open court at Currituck County Court February Term 1827 by the oath of Moses LEE in due form of law and ordered to be recorded When Joseph TATEM the executor therin named came into open court & qualified as executor thereto & ordered that letter, testamentary issue
