Currituck County Wills
In the name of God, Amen. I Demcy FORBES of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being in a declining State of health, but of sound mind and memory, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament. I give unto my beloved Wife Polly FORBES all my estate, both real and personal of every kind and nature whatsoever, within doors and without to her and hers forever. I nominate and appoint my Wife Polly FORBES executrix, and Jeremiah ETHRIDGE Executor, to this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seale, this fifth day of October 1815.
