The Last Will and Testament of Charles FULFORD deceased was exhibited in open court and the execution of the same proved by the oath of Branson C. BELL one of the subscribing evedences there to in due form ordered recorded.
I Charles FULFORD being in sound mind and memory do make and ordain this to be my last will and Testament.
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Lotty one bed and furniture extra.
I also give and bequeath to my Daughter Nancy one bed and furniture extra.
I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Lovey SPENCE the sum of One dollar to be paid her or her heirs as their share of my estate.
All the balance of my estate I leave to be sold on a credit of six months both real and personal and after paying my just debts out of the proceeds thereof I leave to be equally divided between all my children with the exception of my Daughter Lovey SPENCE.
I request and I do hereby nominate and appoint Tully L. DOZIER to this my last will and Testament to be my executor. In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this the 20 day of October in the year of our lord 1843.
