Currituck CountyIn the name of God Amen. I Joshua GAMEWELL being sick but having his proper senses at present and memory I make this my Last Will and Testament.
First to say after all my just debts are paid I do will to my Son Caleb GAMEWELL fifty acres of land lying on the eastward side of Currituck Sound.
Secondly I will to my Daughter Franky GAMEWELL one of the best of my feather bed and furniture.
Thirdly I will to my Daughter Nancy fifty acres of land on the east side of Jane Gariat Creek also one feather bed and furniture all the rest of my property or estate to be sold and equally divided between my lawfull children I Ecknowledge this my Last Will and Testament in the year of Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one November 3th day 1821 I hereby appoint Jehue GAMIL and Mathias TOLER to be my executors to this Will.
