In the name of God Amen. Or be it remembered that I James GREEN of the County and State aforesaid, being weak in body, but sound and perfect mind and memory, thanks to god for the same, do make and ordain this my Last Will and testament in like manner as follows.
Item: I lend to my Wife Luranar GREEN my horse and all my land during her natural life or widowhood at her death or marriage the said land to belong to my Son Jasper GREEN, and his heirs lawfully begotten of his body, for want of such heirs the said land to return at his death to the rest of my children.
Item: I lend also the rest of all my personal property after paying my just debts, to my Wife Luranar GREEN during her natural life or widowhood, at her death to be equally divided amongst the rest of my children. Also I hereby appoint William DOUGH executor to this my Last Will and Testament, this 28 day January 1812.
