In the name of God Amen, I Cornelius GREGORY being sick and weak in body but of sound mind and memory knowing that it is appointed for all men to die, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following.

Item: I leave the use of all my estate within doors and without to my beloved Wife Elizabeth GREGORY during her natural life or widowhood provided she keeps my children together and raise them clear of any charge or expense to them at her marriage or death said estate to be divided equally amongst all my children.

Item: My desire is that my executors hereafter named sell as much of my estate real and personal as shall be sufficient to pay all my debts and in case there is not enough of my property to pay the debts, so that a part of my land must be sold I desire that my said executors sell the whole of my land together and the remainder to be equally divided between my Wife and all my children.
