Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen, I Enoch GREGORY of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina being of sound memory blessed be God do this fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say and after my just debts are paid.
First I give and bequeath to my Wife Franky GREGORY the land whereon I now live during her widowhood.
Item: I likewise give the above said land to Peter GREGORY, my Son, after she marries or dies to him and his heirs forever.
Item: I leave the remainder of my estate to be equally divided between Polley and Eunes, Griffith, Enoch and Ivey.
And I hereby make and ordain my friend Caleb BERRY executor of this my Last Will and Testament in witness I the said Enoch GREGORY have to this my Last Will and Testament have set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
