The Last Will and Testament of Thomas GREGORY decd. was Exhibited at November Term 1836 and proven by the oaths of Wm. T. COTTER and Horatio S. CREEKMUR & ordered Recorded.
In the name of God Amen.
I Thomas GREGORY of Currituck County in the State of North Carolina being of sound and perfect mind and memory do this 7th day of August in the year of our Lord 1836 make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner following that is to say.
First I give and bequeath to my Sister Eleanor ROBERTSON and my Brother Samuel GREGORY all my estate and property of every description that which is in the hands of my guardian and also my land and every other property belonging to me to be equally divided between them & their heirs forever.
And I hereby make and ordain James BELL Executor of this my last will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Thomas GREGORY have to this my last will and Testament set my hand & seal the day and year above written.
