1777 June County Court Session of the Peace, Present State Justices.The Last Will and Testament of Jehue HALL late of said county aforesaid was in open court exhibited and proved Nathan HALL Executor there to qualify by taking the oath by law thus recorded.
In the name of God Amen. I Jehue HALL considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and ordain theis my Last Will and Testament being of perfect strength of memory and senses. Thanks be to almighty God for it first recommending my soul to God that gave it and as to my temporal affairs I leave my body to be buried my executor hereafter mentioned and after all my just debts are paid I give and dispose of the rest of my estate in manner and form following.
I give and bequeath my desk to my sister Sophai CHAPLIN.
I give and bequeath my Shoo buchels and nea buchels to my father Spence HALL.
Item I give and begueath the rest of my estate goods and Chattals wearing apparrell money and debts due to me to my brother Nathan HALL and do make and ordain him the said Nathan HALL my whole and sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament made this twenty sixth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven humdred and seventy seven and first year of ______state. In witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and affexed my seal the day and date above mentioned.
