The Last Will and Testament of John HARRISON SENR decd. was Exhibited in open Court and proven by the oath of Daniel LINDSEY JR. The Exux. Qualifyed & is ordered recorded.

Currituck CountyIn the name of God amen I John HARRISON SEN. of the County and State aforesaid being weake in body but of Sound mind and memory Calling to mind that it is once appointed for all men to die do make and publish this to be my Last will and Testament in manner as follows.
First it is my will and desire that all of my chattle property of every kind should be sold and the money equally divided between my Wife Sally & Son Abner & Elizabeth GIPSON after my debts be paid out of it.
Item. As to my Land and plantation whare on I now live I give to my Wife Sally HARRISON during of her life or widowhood and if my wife should marry it is my will that she should take her thirds out of the land as though I left no will.
Lastly I Leave my Wife Sally HARRISON Executrix to this my last will and testament this 18th October 1832
