The Last Will & Testament of Zachariah HILL was Exhibited in open Court at May Term 1833 & proven by the oaths of Barbara WASCOAT Arthur ETHERIDGE subscribing witness thereto the execrutrix therein named qualifyed and ordered recorded.
State of North Carolina
Currituck CountyKnow all persons that I Zachariah HILL of Roanok Island in the State & County aforesaid being of sound mind & good health do make ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner & form following viz.
1st I will that all my just debts should be paid & in order that it may be done I will that as much of my personal property should be sold as would produc a sum sufficient to accomplish the same.
2nd I leave, give will & bequeath to my beloved Wife Sabra HILL all & singular my other property both real & personal together with every claim or right of every kind which may be in my favor at the time of my decease forever.
3rd I appoint my said beloved Wife Sabra to be the sole executor of this my Last Will & Testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Twenty Third day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Four.
