The Last Will and Testament of Polly HOLLOWY was exhibited at May Term 1850 and the execution of the same was proved by the oath of Samuel B. DOZIER witness thereto and Fanny WALKER the executrix therein named qualified in due form and ordered recorded.
State of North Carolina Currituck County
I Polly HOLLOWY of the County and State aforesaid I do this first day of May 1848 make and ordain this my Last Testament in manner & form as follows viz:
First I give and bequeath to William GRIGGS one chest.
Second I give and bequeath to Fanny WALKER all the rest of my estate except my clothing and them to be equal divided between Fanny WALKER, Emily WALKER and Julia GRIGGS & I constitute and make Fanny WALKER executrix to this my Last will and Testament in witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal day and date above written.
