In the name of God Amen, I Silvanus HOWELL of the State of North Carolina and in the County of Currituck being perfect health disposing memory pleased be God for the same make constitute and appoint and ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in form as follows, I will and order that all my debts be paid.
Item: I give and bequeath unto Charlot DUVEA all my estate of what ever kind or nature to her and her heirs forever, to be in the case of her and her Mother Sarah DEIVEA to which I order and apoint hole and sole executor and trustee of this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof hereunto set my hand and fix seal this 17 day of October Ano Dom 1777.
