The Last Will and Testament of Richard HUTCHINS decd. was Exhibited at Feby Term 1835 and Proven by the oath of William SNOWDEN witness thereto & ordered Recorded.
In the name of God amen I Richard HUTCHINS of the County of Currituck & State of North Carolina being sick and weak of body but in sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament.
First it is my wish and desire that my Executor hereafter mentioned may dispose of any of my property either by public or private sale to satisfy all of my just debts as soon after my death as may be.
I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Elizabeth HUTCHINS all of my personal and chattle property to her and her heirs forever.
I hereby constitute and appoint my Wife Elizabeth HUTCHINS the whole & sole Executor of this my last will and Testament whereunto I have put hand and affixed my seal this 12th of August 1834.
