Mary E. JONES Will State of North Carolina I Mary E. JONES being of the Stat of north Carolina and County of Currituck being of Sound mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament this the fourteenth 14 day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety eight. Item first I give unto my two children Josephine E. BONNEY and Emily V. CAPPS and my grand son William J. BONNEY all the (over) |
money that I have at the time of my
death after my burying expencs is all paid. Item Second I give
unto My daughter Emily V. CAPPS my largest beadstead and all
belonging to it. Item third I give unto my grand child Lettie M.
BONNEY My smallest beadstead and all belonging to it and also my Rocking
chair and my chest. Item fourth I give unto my grand daughter Ever
A. BONNEY my largest Trunk. Item fifth I give unto my grand son Lenwood J. BONNEY my Smallest Trunk. I hereby acknowlige this to
