Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen, I Randolph JONES of the State of North Carolina and County of Currituck, considering the oppertunity of this do make and order this my Last Will and Testament being in perfect stength of memory and sinceare be to Almighty God for. I trust my recovering my soul to God that first gave it to me, and my temporal affairs I leave my body to be buried by my executor whereas I shall mention, the rest of my affairs as follows
then I leave my land and appurtenance whereon I now live to my well beloved Wife Lovey JONES till my Son Sier comes to age of twenty one and if Sier shall die without a lawful begotten heir of his body the land shall be Savel JONES and if my debts cant be paid my executor shall sell such property as she can convienently dispose of to satisfy the debts and the rest of my property divided between my Wife Lovey JONES and Sally JONES and Savel JONES and the one she is now pregnant with if chance of one or two the same as the rest.
