The Last will and testament of Nancey KALLAM decd Exhibited at November Term 1833 and proven by the oath of Nathan POYNER a witness thereto the Executor therein named Qualifyed and ordered Recorded.
In the name of God amen I Nancey KALLAM of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina being sick and week of body but in sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my Last will and testament in form following
Item I give and bequeath unto Alsey HARRIS one half of my cloths if she stay with me untill my death
Item I give
I givethe other half of my clothes unto Nancy and Dorcas JARVIS daughters of John JARVIS.Item I give and bequeath unto my sun James B. KALLAM at my death all my property within dores and without unto him For ever.
And I do herby nominate and appoint James B. KALLAM and Enoch L. STEPHENS Executors to this my last will & testament Revoking all former will here to fore made. In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 9th day of November in the year of our Lord 1833.
