Currituck County} May Term 1868
A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of William KINSEY, deceased, is exhibited in open Court for probate by John SIMMONS, one of the executors therein named, and the due execution thereof by the said Wm. KINSEY is proved by the oath and examination of H.B. ANSELL, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto. It was further proved by the oath of said H.B. ANSELL that Sarah KINSEY the other executor named in said paper writing is dead. It is therefore considered by the Court that the said paper writing and every part thereof is the last will and testament of the said William KINSEY and the same is ordered to be recorded and filed. And therefore the said John SIMMONS, executor as aforesaid, duly qualifies as such by taking the oath required by law.
