The Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth LEE deceased was exhibited in open court at May Term 1847 and the execution of the same proved by the oath of Daniel W. LEE one of the subscribing witnesses thereto in due form of law ordered recorded.
State of North Carolina Currituck County February the 24th day 1847 being of a sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament revoking and disannulling all former wills heretofore made.
I give to Daniel W. LEE all of my property within doors and without doors and leave a special request of the aforesaid Daniel W. LEE to take my child namely Sarah LEE and take good care of her as long as she lives or until she is able to take care of herself and I leave the aforesaid Daniel W. LEE executor to my Last Will and Testament and to settle my just debts this day and date above written.
P.S. I leave the property in the hands of Daniel W. LEE to do with as he pleases.
