In the name of God Amen, I James LEE of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina being weak in body but sound and disposing mind to make this as my Last Will and Testament in just(?) mannner following

Item: I give and bequeath to Joshua MORSE fifty acris of land ling on the road whar Joseph PAR(?) now lives the rest of my land and other property to be sold I do hearby nomenate constitute and appint my friend Francis MORSE executor to this my Last Will revoking all former wills in witness whar of I have here unto set my hand and affixt my seal in presents of us this 1st day of November 1808.
