In the name of God Amen I Philipp LEE of Currituck County and State of North Carolina being week in body but in my right mind and of a disposing memory think proper to make this my Last Will and Testament in manner as follows ----

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Son John LEE my land and plantation known by the name of Island being the land I bought of John CASON laying in the distrit of Gibses Woods containing eighty accors more or less to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeth unto my Son Jess LEE my land and plantation laying on Tulls Creek containing eighty six accors to him and his heirs for ever.

Item: I leve as much of my perishable property to sold at publick oction by my executor as will pay my lawful debts such stock and other artickils as my family can best spair to sold on credit of six mounths

Item: I give and bequeth unto well beloved Wife Elisabeth LEE all the remainder of my estate both with in dowrs and without of every nature and kind for hur to raise my children on to her and hur heirs forever.

Revoking and disanuling all other wills and gifts rattifying and confirming this to be my Last Will and Testament and lastly I do nomanate and a point my friend John HILL my hole and sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament in witness wher of I have heare unto set my hand and seal this fourth day of July one thousand eight hundred and ten .

[Note: There is no probate date or clerk's name given in this will. Probate date is from Currituck County Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions minutes. Also in the court minutes, Betsy LEE, relict of Philip, is appointed administrator with the will annexed].
