In the name of God Amen. I Saley LEE of the County of Currituck being of sound mind and memory thanks be to God for the same do make appoint and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following-first I recommend my soul to almighty God and my body to be buried in a christian like manner at the discretion of my executers.

Imprimis I give to my children and their and airs forever all of my property and I request afterward that Thomas LEE and Frankey LEE to have it and the are ares forever. April the 10^th 1825.
