The Last Will and Testament of Thos. LEE decd. was Exhibited at Feby Term 1835 and Proven by the oath of
William SnowdenJas. BELL John CATON a witness thereto and ordered Recorded.In the name of God amen I Thomas LEE of Currituck County in the State of North Carolina being of sound and perfect mind and memory do this Eighteenth day of December one thousand Eight hundred & thirty four make & publish this my last will and testament in maner following that is to say.
First I give and bequeath to my daughter Sally LEE one bead & its furnature her choice of the beads and also one cow & yearling that is called Hero also I give her all the sheep & all the bees to her & her heirs forever.
Secondly I give & bequeath to my daughter Susan LEE one red cow & her two heifers to her and her heirs forever.
Thirdly after paying all my just debts I give all the remaining part of my estate that is not given before to my beloved wife Lovey LEE to her & her heirs forever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal
