Currituck County Wills
I Mary MACLANEN of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being sick but of a sound mind, do make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills.
Item I give and bequeath unto my two children Nancy and James all my property to be equally divided between them both and appoynt Jean LEE and Enoch MACLANEN executer of this my Last Will and Testament this day April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight and thereto I set my hand and seal.
