I John MASON of the Sandbanks of Currit[torn] In North Carolina being very Sick & weak of Body but of perfect and Sound Sence & Memory Calling to mind the mortality of my Body & knowing it is Appointed for all men once to Die Do Make & Ordain this my Last will & Testament in Manner And form following, That is to Say Principally & first of all I Give my Soul Into the Hands of God that Gave it me and my Body to the Earth to be Decently Buried at the Descretion of my Executx Hereafter Named And for my Worldly Estate I Give Devise & Dispose of In Manner following that is to Say
Imprimis I Give & Bequeath to John EVANS one Cow & Calf Runing at Mary WILLES of my proper marke.
Item I Give & Bequeth to my Son In Law Matthias TOLER one Pide Heifer which Came of a Cow Called Tide?.
Item I Give & Bequeath to my Son In Law James TOLER Two Cows
& Calvesone Known by the Name of Trumpter & The other Strawberry.Item I Give & Bequeath to my Loveing Wife Ann MASON Whome I Leave whole & Sole Executrx of this my Last will & Testament After my Just Depts are Satisfied & paid
myAll the Remainder part of my Estate Both Chattles Hogs Houshold stuf? & Revoaking all other will or Wills Testaments or Legeces by me made Heretofore And this my Last will & Testament Utterly Revoaking Disanulling & Disalowing all other As Wittness my Hand & Seal the Day & year above written.
