Currituck Co. Will Book 2, p. 221

State of N. Carolina I William MAUND of the County and State Currituck County, at present in good health and tolerable sound since and memory do constitute and appoint this my Last Will etc.

I give to my Wife Angelica MAUND all my personal estate boath real and personal during her natural life, after or at her death one half she may give to who she pleases forever, the other half of my estate I give to Harrison ALLMOND except what I may hereafter mention

I give unto Salley BARBER one hundred dollars at the death of my Wife Angelica but in case Harrison ALLMOND should die without lawful heir then all that I have given him to go to his heir I mean his Mother Martha and after her deadth its to go amongst the MAUNDs as the law directs. I mean Mary and Easther as well as the name MAUND.

I appoint my Wife Angelica my whole and sole executrix to this my Last Will and as witness my hand and seal this eighth day of October 1802.
