Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen, I Moses McCLANNAHAN of the County of Currituck and State of N. Carolina, being very weak of body but of perfect mind and memory I do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament. With respect to my worldly estate in the form and manner following
I will and bequeath to my well beloved Wife Sarah all my estate both real and personally without any reserve whatever where I also ordain constitute and make the sole executrix of this my Last Will And Testament, and I do hereby utterly disannull and revoke all former wills and legacies and confirm this to be my Last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal twenty first day of August one thousand seven hundred and eighty one.
