In the name of God Amen. I Maxamilian MILLER being of sound and perfect mind & memory blessed be to God do this 3rd of February 1824 in the year of our Lord AD make this my Last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say.

First I bequeath all my just debts to be paid then I lend all my property to my dear beloved Wife so long as she lives my widdow or life then after the death or marriage of my welbeloved Wife I want and bequeath my Son Evan MILLER one trunk & cyphering slate and five dolars to be raised out of my estate. Then I bequeath unto William MILLER and Caleb MILLER being my two Sons one negro girl named Chana to have and to hold their heirs forever. Then I bequeath after the death of their Mother the balance to be equally divided among my three Sons Evan, William & Caleb MILLER. I leave my dear Wife to settle my estate in manner and form as given under my hand and seal this the 3rd of Febuary 1824.
