In the name of God, Amen. I Thomas MITCHAEL of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being of sound and perfect mind and memory, blessed be God, do this 24^th day of December 1816, make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say. First. I give and bequeath after paying all my just debts, to my Wife Mary all my estate, during her widowhood, and after her death or marriage, I give it to my Son Edmand MITCHELL and his heirs forever, and hereby make and ordain my worthy Wife Mary MITCHAEL Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Thomas MITCHAEL have to this my Last Will and Testament, set my hand and seale the day and year above written.
