Indian Town September 12th 1801
I certify that on Tuesday morning last being the 8th of this instant a Mr. Hugh MOONEY, then lying sick at my house Mr. Bryant WARD conversing with him the said MOONEY askd him what was to be done with his property after his debts paid Mr. MOONEY answered he might do as he pleased with it but how far the said MOONEY was in his proper senses he knows not

I certify that the above statement of Thomas P. WILLIAMS is true, only he appeared to me to have his senses from his conduct.
