Indian Town September 12^th 1801

I certify that on Tuesday morning last being the 8^th of this instant a Mr. Hugh MOONEY, then lying sick at my house Mr. Bryant WARD conversing with him the said MOONEY ask^d him what was to be done with his property after his debts paid Mr. MOONEY answered he might do as he pleased with it but how far the said MOONEY was in his proper senses he knows not
