Will of M.M. MOORE, decd.
AUTHENTICATED COPY
In the name of God Amen.
I, M.M. MOORE, living in the County of Princess Anne and in the State of Virginia, being sick but of sound mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, in the manner and form following, to-wit:
I loan to my daughter Sarah F. SENECA, one piece or parcel of marsh land, known by name, Buzzards & Slide Island, one hundred and eighty acres, more or less, by estimation, for the term of eight years. After the term of eight years to my two grand children namely, Earnest M. SENECA and William M. SENECA, to them and their heirs forever.
Item 2d. I loan all of my personal property to my dear wife, Amy MOORE for and during her life, after her deceased to my grand daughter Eva A. SENECA, to her and her heirs forever. Revoking all former wills made by me.
In witness whereof I hereby set my hand and seal this 6th day of April 1883.

Wm. S. MORSEAt a County Court continued & held for Princess Anne County, on the 10th day of January, 1884. The last Will and Testament of M.M. MOORE, deceased, was this day produced in Court and proved according to law, by the oath of James E. KILGRO one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.

Virginia: At a County Court continued and held for Princess Anne County, on the 11th, day of November 1895.
The last Will and Testament of M.M. MOORE, decd., which was produced in Court on the 10th, day of January 1884, and proved by the oath of Jas. E. KILGRO, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded, was this day again reproduced in Court and further proved by the oath of W.S. MORSE, the other subscribing witness thereto, and ordered to be recorded.

I, A.E. KELLAM, Clerk of the County Court for the County aforesaid in the State of Virginia, do certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the last will and testament and the probate thereof of M.M. MOORE, deceased, as the same appears on file and record in my office.
Witness my hand, and the seal of said Court affixed, the 23rd, day of November, 1900.

I, Benj. D. WHITE, Judge of the County Court for the County aforesaid, in the State of Virginia, do certify, that A.E. KELLAM, who hath given the foregoing certificate, is Clerk of said Court, and that his said attestation is in due form.

It appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the exemplification of the record hereinafter mentioned, that the last will and testament of M.M. MOORE deceased, a citizen of Princess Anne county and State of Virginia has been duly proved and allowed in the proper court of probate of said county and State, according to the laws of said State. It is therefore ordered and adjudged that the exemplification of said will and of its probate in the proper court of the said county of Princess Anne and State of Virginia which has been produced and exhibited here duly certified and authenticated, be allowed, filed and recorded in this court. This 8th day of February 1901.
