Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen. I Caleb MORSE of Currituck County and the State of North Carolina being of a sound and perfect mind blessed be God do this 10th day of May in the year of our Lord 1794 do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say
First I commend my sole to God and my body to the earth to be buried in a Christain like manner in confidence of a sure Sertain Redemtian throu the Ottsing? Blood of a Dear Redeemer and my good [God] that find heavens hath blessed me with. I give in manner and form following.
Imprims: I give unto my brother William MORSE the northard part of my plantatioan joining Francis MORSE begining at a bunch of gums at the edge of the marsh to a ditch then along the ditch and then a strate corse to the main road, then along the main road to Poyner Bridge to him and his Ears forever. Likewise one Mear and Bridle and Saddle and one feather bed and furniture to him and his Ears forever.
I give to my brother Hillary MORSE the remainder of my land lying on the Southeast side to him and his Ears forever.
The rest of my property in dores and out dores I give to William MORSE Hillary MORSE and Mary MORSE to be equally divided between them and theirs Ears forever.
I hereby make and ordain trustor friend Francis MORSE executor to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day above written. Signed Sealed published and Declared by the said Testator this Last Will and Testament.
