Currituck County Wills
In the name of God, Amen. I Frances MORSE of the State of North Carolina and County of Currituck being weak in body but of a perfect mind and memory and having a mind to dispose of my estate in manner and form as follows
Item - I Give and bequeath unto my Cousin Nancy SIMMONS one feather bed furniture and one spinning wheel to her and her heirs forever.
Item - I Give and bequeath unto Nancy ACKISS one heifer to her and her heirs forever.
Item - I Give and bequeath unto Jackison ACKISS one Large Green Chest to him and his heirs forever. I leave all my property that I have in my possession of any nature and kind which I have not already given away in this my Last will and Testament to be sold by my executor and my Just debts to be paid out of the money arriving from the sale of said property and the remainder if any to be equally divided between Francis ACKISS and William SIMMONS to them and their heirs forever.
Item - I give and bequeath unto (the said) Frances ACKISS and William SIMMONS SEN. All my right Title that I have to the Estate of my Late husband Reuben MORSE that is in the hand of Anthony SIMMONS who is Administrator or Exor of the said Reuben MORSE ?????? the Said Francis ACKISS and William SIMMONS SEN. and to their heirs forever. And I do appoint my Brother Francis ACKISS my whole and sole executor, of this my Last will and Testament revoaking all other wills formerly by me made. In witness whereof the Said Frances MORSE do hereunto Set her hand and seal this 14 the Day of October 1805.
